This system has been designed with the Energy Assessor in mind. It is a development of an existing operational back office system which has been in use by Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) since October 2008.
The software has been designed to aid you & your clients with ordering,storing and delivering your electronic products & services. The e8 portal system provides a professional solution which is now expected by national firms, local Agents & private customers.
Online Payments
The website has been designed to allow your clients to pay online for the orders made. This is a highly beneficial tool to the business.
Client Accounts
Allow your regular clients to have a secure login to submit orders and view job status. At a click of a button a new job can be added to the system with an email automatically sent to the administrator notifying them of the new job. The system comes with regular back ups so that your client does not have to save or print copies of the EPC. With the client login the EPC (or other service) can be viewed or printed anywhere in the world at any time of day.

Automatic Emails
The Portal comes with many automatic emails which can be edited by the system Administrator. For example when a client submits a new order they will receive an email confirming the order. The system administrator will then receive a "New Job Notification" email after which they can allocate a surveyor to the job and confirm the appointment with the client. Once the appointment has been entered into the system, your client will receive an "Appointment Confirmation" email - Keeping every party up to date.
The Back Office management system can provide automatic updates by email to your clients, associate surveyors and your Administration team. You have the ability to personalise the emails to suite the way you and your clients work.
Online Diary
With the addition of an online diary it has been made possible to view your schedule of work by day, week or month. The Portal will warn you if you attempt to book in an appointment at the same time as a previously booked appointment.
Job Allocation
The Professional Edition allows you to add an additional 2 associate surveyors for those occasions when you do not have time to make an appointment yourself or if you have been good enough to enjoy a day's holiday. Again these appointments can be added and seen in the diary.
